Railway Project → Service → Deployments → View Logs
and send:
The last 50 lines before the crash.
The exit code (if shown).

this error happened with me many times and the reason because :
Database Connection Issues: A temporary network hiccup or wrong connection string could cause the first database call to fail, crashing the service.
Logic Error on First Run: A null reference or unexpected data could cause an exception right at the start of the ExecuteAsync loop.
Missing Environment Variable: A service might be trying to read a configuration value (like a Firebase or OpenAI key) that isn't set on Railway, causing an immediate crash
so u can check logs and it will detect which reason of them and u can solve the error quickly
