Hello,

That is due to the ongoing incident, we had to disable deployment provisioning for Hobby users.

Hello, update here,

We have re-enabled new deployments for trial and Hobby users, please let me know if you continue to experience any issues!

But for now, I'll mark this as solved, please re-open if need be!
