Your repo is a monorepo with backend/ and frontend/ folders, so Railpack doesn't know which one to build. Go to your service's Settings tab, set the Root Directory to backend (or frontend, depending on which part you want this service to run), then redeploy. If you need both, create a separate service for each and point each one at its respective root directory.
