Hi,
My backend service is not reachable with my mobile internet data but it's working fine with WiFi internet.
What can be the issue?
FYI,
Im testing my app in free plan.
About my service:
It's a typescript, nodejs, express app.
Observation:
I have logs printed if my app crashed or problem with my app. But problem is request is not reaching the server.

We have, for some reason, a known issue with Jio reaching workloads on Railway. I will escalate this to our Networking team.

Going to be forthright, the timeframe for us to get this fixed and resolved is going to take a bit. You can proxy your workload via Cloudflare to solve this problem in the short term.

Will this issue fixed if switch to hobby or pro plan? Is this issue because of free plan?

This connectivity issue isn't related to your plan tier—upgrading to Hobby or Pro won't help here. What you're experiencing is a known networking problem specifically affecting Jio users trying to reach Railway-hosted workloads. It's an infrastructure-level issue between Jio's network and our servers, not a limitation on free accounts.
For now, the best workaround is to proxy your service through Cloudflare. This routes your traffic through Cloudflare's network instead of directly to Railway, which should get around the Jio connectivity issues. You'll want to add your custom domain to Cloudflare, configure it in your Railway service settings, and enable Cloudflare's proxy (the orange cloud icon).
Our networking team is aware of this and actively working on it, though we don't have a specific timeline for a permanent fix yet.

Jio is blocking Railway, and we've been attempting to contact them. Unfortunately this situation is out of our hands as the problem lies with Jio, so we don't have a timeline yet.
