Hi Railway team,
My workspace appears to have an account/workspace-level deployment issue.
Workspace ID: 961d78bd-d725-448b-848e-5b96efb79b08
Environment ID: 2e49eda6-2642-4eba-b541-d5df2946bbba
Region: asia-southeast1-eqsg3a
Plan: Free
Every deployment immediately fails with "There was an error deploying from source" before any deployment record is created.
There are:
No deployment records
No build logs
No runtime logs
This affects all repositories and even newly created projects.
I have already:
Reconnected GitHub
Verified repository access
Enabled App Sleeping
Tried multiple repositories
Could you please check the backend logs for my workspace and verify whether there is an internal deployment restriction, workspace issue, or GitHub integration problem?

Your deployments are failing because the Railway GitHub App does not have access to the repositories you're deploying from. There are no restrictions or internal issues on your workspace. To fix this, go to your GitHub installation settings, ensure the Railway App has access to the specific repositories (or grant access to all repositories), and if that doesn't resolve it, uninstall and reinstall the Railway GitHub App entirely.
