Your screenshot shows the "Limited Access" indicator, which means we've temporarily paused deployments for trial and Hobby tier accounts during a period of high resource demand. This is not related to your credit balance. Your queued deployments will automatically process when normal operations resume, or you can upgrade to the Pro plan to bypass the deployment queue entirely.
