The wildcard custom domain *.borloop.cl on the borloop-web service has failed to issue its TLS certificate multiple times (4+ retries), showing 'Failed to issue TLS certificate: An internal error occurred. Please retry or contact support.' It's currently stuck on 'Certificate Authority is validating challenges'. The non-wildcard domain www.borloop.cl on the same service issued successfully without any issue, so DNS setup for the apex/parent domain seems fine. Could you check what's failing specifically for the wildcard cert?

Your DNS provider (Cloudflare) is serving stale ACME DNS-01 challenge values at the _acme-challenge record for the wildcard domain, and those values do not match the tokens Railway currently publishes at its delegation target, so the certificate authority rejects every issuance attempt. This is why retries keep failing identically. To fix it, delete the _acme-challenge CNAME record at Cloudflare, wait a moment, then recreate it using the value shown in your Railway dashboard for that domain. If Cloudflare continues serving the old values after that, ask Cloudflare support to flush them.
