I've been having issues trying open my workplace because is restricted "Your workspace has been restricted. Please attach a payment method or contact support to resolve this."

Your workspace is currently inactive because no payment method has been added. You can resolve this by adding a credit card at your billing settings, which will lift the restriction and allow you to use your $5.00 credit balance.

Same I got restricted I joined 3 days ago with the free plan? does this mean I have to get into Hobby description?

Yes, you'll need to upgrade to the Hobby plan ($5/month) to lift the restriction. You can do that at https://railway.com/workspace/plans. Your remaining trial credit will still be available after upgrading.
