Hey folks,
I did something dumb and I'm hoping to undo it. Earlier today I spun up a FlareSolverr service on my workspace (isaacmmunro-lgtm's Projects) to render a couple of my own web pages, not realising it counts as a proxy tool and breaks the ToS. A few seconds after the build I got the "workspace restricted - ToS violation" email.
Totally my fault. I've already deleted the FlareSolverr service, and I won't be running any proxy/scraper stuff on Railway again.
The problem is that same workspace runs my actual production app, mybc-audit-server on striking-emotion which is now offline because of the restriction. It's a real, paying workload for my business, nothing sketchy.
Is there anything I can do to get the workspace lifted so I can bring my live service back up? Happy to verify payment/identity if that helps. Really appreciate any pointers 🙏

Your workspace has been restricted, and we're not able to share the specifics behind the decision. There is no action on your side that will lift the restriction, and upgrading or re-adding a payment method will not change its status.

Hey Isaac,
Yup, this is against our ToS- I am willing to make an exception here and unrestrict you with the condition that you immediately remove the service.
If you redeploy the service, you will be immediately restricted again. Any more restrictions on the account will be permanent and unrecoverable.
I will remove the restriction now, please respond here when you have removed the service

Hi Mykal, yes - I have already removed it! And I understand that all restrictions will be permenant from here on.
