Hello Railway Team,
I am experiencing a critical issue with my main Railway account/workspace.
Almost every section of the dashboard is inaccessible. The interface behaves as if it cannot load any data, and most pages return a 404 error.
Current behavior:
- I cannot open any project. Every project returns "404 - Looks like you are lost".
- I cannot access my Billing information.
- I cannot change my subscription plan.
- I cannot view my current plan details.
- I cannot manage my workspace.
- I cannot deploy or manage existing services through the dashboard.
- The Usage page displays "The customer has multiple subscriptions."
- The dashboard often behaves as if it has no internet connection even though my connection is working perfectly.
Important observations:
- All my deployed applications are still online and working correctly.
- All public domains continue serving traffic normally.
- This only affects the Railway dashboard.
- I created a completely new Railway account and everything works perfectly there (projects, billing, settings, deployments, etc.).
- Therefore, the issue appears to be specific to my original account or workspace rather than my browser, computer or internet connection.
- I have also tested different browsers and devices with the same result.
Could you please investigate my account/workspace? It seems the workspace or billing state may have become corrupted.
This issue prevents me from managing production projects for my clients.

The entire admin panel looks as if there’s no connection; I can't interact with absolutely anything, and I didn't receive any email indicating an error or anything like that.

Yes, we can’t access the projects either, and the other pages are not working. They just keep loading.

Thanks for the detailed report, that level of detail helped a lot. Your account hit a billing bug where more than one subscription got created on the same workspace, and that extra subscription is what is corrupting the dashboard: the 404s on every page, the billing and plan pages not loading, and the "customer has multiple subscriptions" message on Usage all trace back to it. That is also why your deployed apps and domains keep working normally, the issue is only in the billing and dashboard state, not your running services. This needs a fix on our side: we will remove the duplicate subscription and refund the extra charge, which clears the corrupted state and restores access to your projects, billing, and settings. We will get that done and follow up here once it is corrected. You do not need to take any action in the meantime, and please hold off on creating any further subscriptions so we do not add another duplicate.
