Workspace is restricted and I am on Hobby plan. It says contact support, but there is no direct way to contact support

Your workspace restriction on a paid plan is final and cannot be lifted. The only path forward is to cancel the current plan and create a new workspace. You can manage your subscription from your billing settings.
