Workspace Member Not Able To Deploy

I have a member in my workspace that had accepted all of my invitations and has access to my project, but they can't deploy using the Railway CLI. They can link their local project to the project in our workspace, but when he tries to deploy, it tells him that he is unauthorized. He's tried logging out then logging back in, updating the CLI, reinstalling the CLI, relinking the project and I've even allowed him to join using separate account but still, he is unable to deploy.

When I check my workspace, I can see that it still states that this member hasn't accepted his invites. However, I've seen him accept the invites in person so I know this is not true. Do I have a limit to the number of seats I can have in my workspace? I don't understand what the issue is and I need this member working ASAP.

Per our docs, deployers cannot run all actions:

Deployers: View projects and deploy through commits to repos via github integration.

https://docs.railway.com/reference/teams#inviting-members

If you're on railway metal and benefit from the pricing reduction, you can add as many team members as you want without being charged for seats

All of my team mates have their Github connected and two of them are able to deploy from the command line despite also being deployers. It's just this third team mate that is having issues. In short, I have three additional team members as deployers in my account. Two are able to deploy using the CLI just fine but the third cannot despite operating under the same conditions as the other 2.

Is the third getting some kind of error message? There's nothing in the Railway setup to indicate that they should have any issues.

Which user is it?

When deploying via CLI he receives a message that he is not authorized to deploy, a 401 error. The team member is Ethan Bleier ebleier4@gmail.com on my workspace. When i check my workspace members, it states that he has not accepted my invite despite the fact that I watched him accept my invite in person.

Can you please cancel both invites you have sent to him and resend?

I've already tried that. I can do it again if you think that might help, but otherwise sending new invites did not fix the issue.

The only fix I can think of on our side is that - are their permissions different on your github repo by any chance?
