Workspace permanently banned with no reason given: asking for a human review and a copy of our databases

Early this morning (Sept 29, around 3:10am ET), every project in our company's workspace went offline. Railway support has told us the ban is permanent but didn't give a reason.

Workspace ID: 4b1ef825-1ce7-4781-ba1e-89935761520d

These are business tools our employees and clients rely on. Our main app's sign-in goes through our company's own Microsoft 365 account. The Postgres databases hold thousands of hours of our team's research work, and we have no complete backup outside Railway.

Our best guess at the trigger: yesterday Google Safe Browsing listed our domain as a phishing site. We believe that's a false positive, probably caused by our login page having a "Sign in with Microsoft" button with our company's branding, and we've asked Google to review it. It isn't a billing issue.

We're asking for two things:

A human review of the ban.

Whatever the outcome, please preserve our databases and let us export them.

Happy to share any details privately. Thank you.

You will need to submit a ban appeal through the in-product form.
