Hello, my workspace was restricted for ToS violation. I'm using Railway to host personal bots that monitor apartment listings for my own personal use (not commercial). I'm on the Hobby plan ($5/month). Could you please review and restore my workspace? Thank you.

We're not able to share the specifics of why the workspace was restricted, and unfortunately there is no action on your side that would lift the restriction.

I'm currently on the Hobby plan paying $5/month. Since my workspace has been restricted without the ability to lift it, I would like to request a refund for my current billing period. Please advise.

The most recent charge covers your billing period that ended before the workspace restriction was applied, and it reflects resources that were used during that period, so we're not able to refund it. If you'd like to stop future billing, you can cancel your plan from your workspace billing page.
