Hello Railway team,
Our workspace was automatically restricted for “ToS Violation” immediately after we attempted to deploy the pinned public container image ghcr.io/flaresolverr/flaresolverr:v3.5.0 as a private, unexposed service.
The container deployment was blocked before initialization and made no retailer requests. We did not add scraper variables or enable any associated feeds. The existing TCG Radar service, which is a read-only UK trading-card stock notification bot, was then taken offline with the workspace restriction.
The operator has written authorization from the relevant retailers for automated monitoring, including browser access and challenge handling, with conservative per-retailer rate limits. The bot does not perform account, cart, checkout, payment, purchasing, or queue-jumping actions.
Please restore the existing TCG Radar service and workspace. We will not redeploy FlareSolverr unless Railway explicitly confirms that this private use is permitted under Railway’s policies. If it is not permitted, please let us know and we will remove the failed service and use a different approved hosting arrangement.

Your workspace has been restricted, and we're not able to share the specifics of why the restriction was applied. There is no action on your side that will lift it, and we're unable to restore access to the workspace or its services.
