Workspace restricted after payment

Hi team, my workspace has been restricted with the message "You cannot create new resources" even though I have

already completed payment for a paid plan. The billing shows as successful but the restriction is still active.

Could you please help me investigate and remove the restriction on my workspace? My account email is [dangtanliem37@gmail.com].

Hi Railway team,

My workspace "Meil Nat's Projects" has been restricted with the message "You cannot create new resources" even though:

  • I'm on Pro Plan (active)
  • I have 3 successful payments today (June 27): $7.83, $7.83, $7.88
  • Current usage is only $8.33 — well within limits

Could you please manually review and lift the restriction? This seems to be a false positive from the automated

system.
