Workspace restricted after payment

Hi team, my workspace has been restricted with the message "You cannot create new resources" even though I have

already completed payment for a paid plan. The billing shows as successful but the restriction is still active.

Could you please help me investigate and remove the restriction on my workspace? My account email is [dangtanliem37@gmail.com].

Please do not open duplicated help threads. As indicated in your other thread, please email support@railway.com for ban appeals as we don't discuss them here.
