My workspace was automatically restricted with the reason "ToS Violation" while deploying a Python Telegram bot through the Railway CLI.

I believe this is a false positive. The application is a personal Telegram bot written in Python and is not intended for spam, abuse, malware, phishing, cryptocurrency mining, or any activity that violates Railway's Terms of Service.

My previous deployments worked correctly, but after updating my code, the workspace was automatically restricted before deployment completed.

Could you please review my workspace and let me know what specifically triggered the restriction? If there is anything in my project that violates your policies, I am happy to remove or modify it.
