Subject: Workspace restricted: "payment method required" banner
Hi Railway team,
My workspace shows a banner saying it cannot create new resources until a restriction is lifted, and that adding a payment method alone will not remove it. My service ("Vless panel") is offline as a result.
Could you please tell me what triggered the restriction and what I need to do to have it lifted? I am happy to provide any information you need, or to upgrade to a paid plan if that is required. If the service violates your policies, please tell me which policy and I will remove it.

We can't share the specifics of why a workspace is restricted, but this restriction lifts when the workspace upgrades to a paid plan (Hobby or Pro). Adding a payment method by itself won't clear it, even though the banner suggests it will.
You can upgrade from your workspace plans page. If you upgrade while your trial is still active, your trial credit carries over.
