Hi,
My workspace has been restricted and I believe I know exactly why.
An email-verification feature in my application performed catch-all SMTP
probes — raw outbound connections to port 25 across many domains in a
short window — while validating a contact list. I understand that
pattern looks like scanning or spam behaviour from your infrastructure,
and I understand why it was flagged.
This was a mistake in how I built and ran that feature, not an attempt
to send unsolicited mail. All legitimate email from this application is
sent through Brevo's API, not direct SMTP.
Remediation already taken:

The SMTP probe code path is disabled and will not run again

Email verification is moving to a third-party verification API
(MillionVerifier/ZeroBounce), with no direct outbound SMTP from
Railway at all
The restriction has taken down my API and Postgres database, which is a
production CRM for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. I'd be grateful if you could
review and reinstate the workspace. I'm happy to provide any further
detail or make additional changes you'd require.

Your workspace has been restricted, and we're not able to share the specifics behind the decision. There is no action on your side that will lift this restriction, and we're unable to grant access to services or data on a restricted workspace.

Requesting human review of this decision.
I understand the specifics can't be shared, but I'm asking for two
things specifically:

A one-time export of my Postgres data. This is a production CRM for
a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and contains contact records that don't exist
anywhere else. I'm not asking for the workspace back — only for the
data, in any format, so the nonprofit's work isn't lost.

Confirmation of whether this decision is final, so I can plan
accordingly.
The behaviour that triggered this was a single misconfigured email
verification routine, now removed. I've been a good-faith user and
would rather understand and comply than argue.

We're not able to grant access to services or data on a restricted workspace, so a database export isn't something we can provide. We also aren't able to share the specifics behind the decision or the criteria involved.
