My workspace appears to have been restricted unexpectedly. I believe I am still within usage limits and have not violated any policies.

Your workspace is currently on a trial and has been restricted. We're not able to share the specific reason for the restriction, but you can resolve it by upgrading to a paid plan at railway.com/workspace/plans, which will automatically lift the restriction.
