My workspace has been restricted with the message
"Your workspace has been restricted. You cannot create new resources."
All my services are now offline and show "Limited Access".

We're not able to share the specifics behind this decision, and unfortunately the restriction cannot be reversed for paid workspaces. To avoid further charges, you can cancel your subscription from your workspace billing settings.
