Workspace restricted - ToS Violation appeal

Hello Railway team,

My workspace was restricted with the reason "ToS Violation" and I believe this was a mistake.

I am a student and this is my personal hobby project (a streaming app with anime data scraped from public websites). I deployed a third-party service called FlareSolverr (a Cloudflare challenge solver) on my workspace as part of my scraper pipeline. If that is against Railway's Terms of Service, I sincerely apologize — I was not aware, and I have already removed it. I will not deploy it again.

All my other services are standard Node.js web applications. I have not used Railway to host illegal content or to attack any website; the project only fetches public catalog data.

I would really appreciate it if you could review and restore my workspace. I can share the repository or deployment details if needed.
