Hello Railway Support,
My workspace "My Projects" is restricted with the reason
"ToS Violation".
My project is "cobrabot" and I would like to request a review
of the restriction.
This is my personal Telegram bot project. I did not intentionally
use Railway for spam, phishing, malware, attacks, or other abusive
activity.
If something in my project violates the Terms of Service, please
let me know what needs to be changed so I can comply.
Please review my workspace and let me know if access can be restored.

We can't go into the specifics of why a workspace was restricted, and nothing on your side, including upgrading or adding a payment method, lifts this restriction. Anything you write in this thread also doesn't reach the people who decide these restrictions.
If your workspace has the Standing page, a workspace admin can file an appeal there, under Workspace Settings -> Standing. Each restriction can be appealed once, so include the context about your Telegram bot in that form.
