Hi Railway team,
My workspace celebrated-learning was restricted with the reason "ToS Violation." I want to be transparent about what happened.
I was testing a personal project (b_direct_link) that converted magnet/torrent links into a temporary streaming URL — essentially a torrent-to-direct-link tool for personal use, with files auto-deleted within 24 hours. I understand now that running a BitTorrent client and P2P traffic like this goes against Railway's Acceptable Use Policy, and I won't attempt to run this type of service on Railway again.
However, I have other unrelated services in this same workspace that are completely separate from this project and don't involve any P2P or torrent activity. These are being blocked as well due to the workspace-level restriction, and I'd really appreciate help getting access restored to those specific services.
Could you please:
Confirm whether it's possible to restore access to the workspace for my other, unrelated services
Let me know if I need to remove the b_direct_link project entirely first before that's possible

We're not able to share the specifics behind a workspace restriction, and unfortunately there is no way to selectively restore access to individual services or data within a restricted workspace. There is no action on your side that will lift the restriction, and we're not able to grant partial access or data exports from it.

We understand the frustration, and we're sorry for the impact on your other services. Unfortunately, a workspace restriction applies to the entire workspace regardless of billing status, so having an active paid plan does not change the restriction or restore access to individual services within it.

We appreciate you removing the service and your commitment not to repeat the behavior. Unfortunately, removing the service after the fact does not change the workspace restriction, and we are not able to restore access to the workspace.
