I want to transfer/copy the entire 1 workspace in order to change the billing account owner. Is it possible?

  1. Add the recipient as an Admin to the Workspace

  2. Ask them to remove you from the Workspace entirely

Hi,

The current workspace owner is trying to transfer ownership to me, but we’ve run into an issue. We initially attempted the transfer while the workspace was on a PRO plan, but it seemed to require that the new owner also be on a PRO plan — is that correct?

Now that the workspace is on a trial plan, are we able to complete the ownership transfer without running into that same restriction?

Both the receiver and the recipient need to be on the Pro plan.
