seems to be a domain i just added is resolving to another one of your customres projects?

the railway generated link is resolving to projec the custom doman is resolving to brainstack?

A couple of things worth checking here.

First, take a look at what your custom domain's CNAME is actually pointing to in your DNS settings. If it's pointing to an old Railway generated URL, that URL may have been recycled and handed to the brainstack project. Railway does reuse those generated URLs when services get deleted or redeployed. If that's the case, just update the CNAME to point to the current generated URL for your service, which you'll find under Settings > Networking.

If the CNAME looks fine, it's also worth double checking inside Railway that the custom domain is attached to the right service and hasn't accidentally been added to a different one.

Just to confirm: The issue is that the Railway Generated link goes to your project, however your own custom domain is going to another?

yes. every cname resloved imietauly just txt vierufy doesnt and it goes to all diffrent projecgts!

I see. Make sure that the TXT record is copied exactly as railway shows. It could take a couple of minutes to verify. Could you just double check that the TXT record is correct?

If you're getting a 404 error, it's most likely due to the TXT record being incorrect.

Don’t mean to be rude. Did you see the question? Was veing directed to other random sites! No 404! My custom domain was resolcing ro random other sites hosted on tour service!


You mentioned it's going to a page with "Train not arrived."

It would help if you could at least provide us with the CNAME record you're seeing that's attached to the domain, or the domain you're trying to add. It would help us debug this much faster.

it was all on chat. With the domain and all. For some reason the bot decided to make it public really wish at least paid customers would get normal support.

Meanwhile have gone through 4 sets of record and just found one that resolves.

Not sure why this isn’t acknowledged as an issue.
