hi i wanna cry why i cant make mailing with yandex domain, other mailing services blocked me. smtp does not work in railway, so i used API of service that does not block me because of my russian number. please ... why is there no opportunity call the railway support privately. please community can anyone ask railway creators help me..........

Hello,
Outbound SMTP is only available on the Pro plan and above, while Free, Trial, and Hobby plans have SMTP disabled.
For sending emails from your application, please use a dedicated email service that provides HTTPS APIs. More information can be found in our documentation:
