Hello!
I have to domains, rimontti.com and www.rimontti.com .
rimontti.com works fine.
www.rimontti.com the CNAME is green, the TXT has yellow triangle alert
I've got the following data from www.whatsmydns.net :
_railway-verify.www.rimontti.com. 14400 IN TXT "railway-verify=cd1228e96d9555dc8a3a6805cb8322501c6b2f37a04c2a8c2c50e36786197149"
www.rimontti.com. 14399 IN CNAME 1an3972o.up.railway.app.

Can you tell which DNS provider you are using as your domain registrar?
Also have you tried integrating with cloudflare?
TXT records might take 24 hours to propagate.

Can you tell which DNS provider you are using as your domain registrar?--> Regarding this, I'm using a local DNS provider from my country called Intersys, from Uruguay.
Also have you tried integrating with cloudflare? --> regarding this, no I've not.
TXT records might take 24 hours to propagate. --> regarding this, it could be... both where added at the same time www.rimontti.com and rimontti.com .

It may take up to a few hours (maybe even a day) for Railway to validate the DNS and issue certificates. If one isn't issued by then, try removing the domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins. Update DNS records as necessary.

If you still see that yellow mark in a few hours, try adding your domain to cloudflare free tier account and configure your railway provided DNS records in your cloudflare domain lookup
Alternatively, check if your local registrar DNS records dont have duplicate/ irrelevent records. Removing and readding your txt records might work too.
