your card doesn't support this type of purchase, i want to upgrade to hobby plan , the card i added expired , now when iam using new card this error comming your card doesn't support this type of purchase, what to do, i tried many time and also contacted to bank also.
how to proceed further.

Unfortunately, we don't support certain types of prepaid cards for fraud & abuse reasons. Please use a credit card.
