Your product design is ridiculous. I have 6 years of software development experience, and for a whole of two days I couldn't figure out a easy way to deploy a python service in a mono-repo(your doc is shit and so unclear and no detail). I simply want to declaratively deploy a custom docker image to your service, and the only way I can find is to use pre-built docker image, and yet you doesn't support private contain registry for hobby user. What kind of cost do you need to just simply add a credential??? We're building real world production software not toys, it's so ridiculous to rely on an UI and auto discovery of command and framework to generate image. I tried cli yet it says deploy completed but actually failed to start for my service in mono-repo, the auto built image is simply not right.
I want my money back and there's no way to refund. I can see the refund button but when clicking it popped error. As your doc(https://docs.railway.com/reference/pricing/refunds#requesting-a-refund) said, if I saw the button, shouldn't I'm eligible to refund or is this just another bug or poor doc? I just registered days ago, and you already wasted days of my life.

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about your frustration. Let's address your concerns one by one.
For using a custom Dockerfile, ensure that your Dockerfile is in the right directory and named correctly. You can specify a custom path using the RAILWAY_DOCKERFILE_PATH variable as detailed in our Dockerfile documentation.
Regarding deploying a service in a mono-repo, it requires specific configurations which are covered in our monorepo deployment guide. This guide walks you through the setup and might be helpful in your case.
As for the refund process, if you encountered an error with the refund button, If the button appeared but resulted in an error, this might indeed be a technical issue. You can learn more about the refund process here.
We strive to improve our documentation, and your feedback is valuable. If you have suggestions on how we can make it clearer, please let us know. If you continue to face issues, please reach out to us directly so we can assist you further with your specific setup.
I hope this helps, and I apologize for any inconvenience you've faced. Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.
Best,
Brody
