Hi there, I got a banner saying "Your workspace has been restricted. You cannot create new resources." I'd like to know how to fix this.

Your workspace has been restricted, and unfortunately we aren't able to share the specific reason behind the restriction. For paid-plan workspaces, this restriction cannot be reversed. You can cancel your plan and offboard from your workspace billing settings.

I'd at least would like an explanation, it was out of the blue and I dont believe to have gone against any T&S. And if i do have to cancel I request a refund of my cancelled services.

Regarding a refund, you can submit a refund request from Workspace Settings > Billing under Billing History next to the relevant invoice. If no refund button appears, the invoice is not eligible.
