I was working on my project, and all of a sudden, got this banner popup saying "Your workspace has been restricted. You cannot create new resources." I upgraded to the Hobby Plan and still see the same banner. How can I get this resolved so I can continue on?

Your workspace has been restricted, and unfortunately we're not able to share the specific reason behind the restriction. For workspaces on a paid plan, this restriction cannot be reversed. Upgrading to Hobby will not remove it once it has been applied.
The next step available is to cancel your plan and offboard from the workspace. You can do that from your workspace billing settings.

I have already upgraded to the Hobby plan after receiving the message. Can a human please look into this and how we can resolve this? I have already paid the $5 for the Hobby plan.
