Hi, my paid workspace is showing “Your workspace has been restricted. You cannot create new resources.” I’m on a paid plan hobbyn and I’m using Railway to host web/worker/database services for my own apps. Could you please clarify what triggered the restriction and whether there is any action I can take to restore resource creation? I can provide details about the services and outbound network activity if needed.

We're sorry to share that this workspace restriction is permanent and unfortunately can't be reversed. We're not able to disclose the specific reason behind the restriction. For next steps, you can cancel your current plan from your workspace billing settings to offboard.
