I'm I've deployed this template in Railway to evaluate Chamilo, but after the template installs I'm getting and HTTP/403 when I try to access the public URL. This is preventing me from running the Installer. The root of this problem appears to be a missing directory based on this error in the log:

Here is a console log of the /var/www/html directory.
