Hi @malinosqui, I tried to deploy this template, but it crashes. The kodus-ai-api, kodus-ai-webhook, and kodus-ai-worker services fail because some of the keys being used are not 32-byte hexadecimal values.
Error example:
throw new Error('API_CRYPTO_KEY must be 32 bytes in hexadecimal.')
Note: There are a few keys with this issue, so I had to replace all of them. After doing that, these services deploy successfully, but the MCP server still doesn't.
The issue with this service is:

So, at the moment, this template definitely doesn't seem to work.
