Auto configures:
1) PITR and streaming backups with litestream to a railway bucket (or any s3 supported bucket)
2) PB Hooks dashboard to create and manage your pocketbase hooks via dashboard (this is big!)
3) PB Api rules dashboard to view your rules and manage them easily for security

4) PB Origins via env variables for added security to api access
