1$ extra charge issue

Actually I provided my Bank Card details and continue to upgrade to hobby plan and before 5$ it charge 1$ from my Bank account and then show your invoice is unpaid and then I pay the 5$ and then I successfully got the Hobby plan but why and for what the 1$ is charged and is it be returned or not and wor what this 1$ was?
