Hey, can you please check if you have an active deployment for your Postgres database? Furthermore, have you opted in for the IPv4 private networking feature flag? You can check it here https://railway.com/account/feature-flags, if you have opted in, make sure to opt out of it and redeploy your Postgres database and your n8n services afterwards.

Not, I did not DO ANYTHING. All WORKING PERFECT. But when I forget to pay, all stop to work, I pay again and I have that problem. CAn someone help me please?

Check if you have a REDISPASSWORD variable or a similarly named variable in the variables tab and configure a TCP proxy in the service's public networking section if you want to use the Database tab.

Unfortunately, there is no step by step video, as there should be a Redis password generated by default, this isn't something that will suddenly disappear without user intervention. If you don't have a lot of data or workflows, you might just deploy the template again and have a fresh instance of all of the services you need to start again. Otherwise, you will have to find out what the password is or was, you may use the activity tab to see all the changes you have made within your project to potentially find out what the previous password was.

Hi, was the problem resolved? If not, could you let me know if you have any N8N workflows in your existing deployment, or are you okay with getting a fresh n8n workspace?
Also, if you could give an idea of the load of n8n workflow, I could suggest you the solution for this.
