After upgrade to Hobby package the project is still limited to 25MB as per this notece: Alert created: High memory usage: 86% (24MB/28MB)
even though in settings of this project it's showin 8xVCPU and 8GB ram, can you please take a look

That log is coming from your own application in your deploy logs, not from our platform.
