Thanks for the reply. Can I delete some services to regain deployment control without having to upgrade?

If that's the case how many services is the limit?

(I'm still getting lots of failure emails from the services auto-retrying to deploy)

You can delete some services to make it better, yeah. On Hobby you can have 5 concurrent deploys at the moment.

Also, can I just stop all services from deploying unless there is a git update?
At the moment, an update for one service sends all services into a deploy cycle.
