celery working perfectly fine, but anything hitting my backend is getting timed out

I redeployed my backend and it was a little slow to spin up but got the same successful logs that I got the first time I deployed. Is this coincidence or is there a technical reason for this that I am unaware of? I am a vibe coder, but I have a couple dozen paying users who rely on this. would love to learn more about why this happened
