Just signed up for the hobby plan, when I got to create a new project, a toast pops up with 'Pause Deploys: Account Billing'.
I have filled in my billing info and don't see anything else I have to fill in

Our task queue is experiencing an outage: builds, deploys, service setting changes, environment creation, and deployment removals are failing or significantly delayed due to that.
