railway init --workspace [workspace id]
> Select a workspace [my workspace]
> Project Name [project name]
Unable to create project in "Personal" workspace, please upgrade your CLI or pick another workspace
I created a new workspace and even specified id, CLI keeps saying that unable to create project in "Personal" workspace. I do not have "Personal" workspace. Anyone who is facing similar issue?

Upgrading Railway CLI from 4.6.3 to 4.10.0 solves this issue!
