Cannot stop auto deploy from github

No matter what I do, I cannot seem to stop auto-deploy from github. I have tried to disconnect my repo, disconnect my main, disconnect both, set up wait for CI, set up manual only workflow. LOL, no matter how I try, railway just keeps deploying.
