I would like to know if there is any possibility of changing the time at which the PostgreSQL backups are made, or if there is some kind of trick so that if I activate it at 1 p.m., it stays that way for the rest of the days, or is the backup start time always fixed?
Thank you very much

Hey, the exact time the backup is triggered is fixed and is randomly generated in a predefined range the moment you create a backup schedule. I have created and deleted one of my own daily volume backup schedule 4 times and it schedules a different fixed time for my daily backup each time.
For example, the first schedule I have created is everyday at 13:22, the second at 0:22, the third at 13:14 and the last at 01:24.
