I'm getting this error while trying to connect to the database.
We are unable to connect to the database via SSH.

Try selecting the service, then press Ctrl/Cmd + K and select redeploy source image.

this matches a known railway issue, not your config. same exact error message showed up on a postgres db panel a few months back (station.railway.com/questions/we-are-unable-to-connect-to-the-database-0f099290) and a railway employee confirmed it was on their end, not the users app, and fixed it from their side.
workaround while it's happening: use the Connect button, grab the public tcp proxy connection string, and connect with an actual mysql client (cli, dbeaver, tableplus, workbench) instead of the built-in data tab. that bypasses the broken internal path and still lets you view/query your data
