Copied ssh command from dashboard requires linked project

The copied SSH command from the Railway dashboard specifies --project--environment and --service, yet it will fail when run outside of a linked project.

The error is No linked project found. Run railway link to connect to a project

The docs seem to suggest that it should work outside a linked project.
