Custom Domain drops "Alive!" message

Hello,

I've deployed a Chatwoot project using a Template. Everything seems to work fine and stable. However, I tried to connect my own domain to the platform and I always have the same problem.

Instead of redirecting me to the webapp it's showing a message "Alive!"

I've tried in different projects but same result.

What I've done:

1. Added a Public Networking on the app:

katzen.tilegra.com

Port 7433 (Railway Selected it)

2. I added my CNAME records on Squarespace.

I waited until shows Setup Complete and the Railway Project recognizes it as a public domain.

  1. When it was connected, I re-deployed the Chatwoot component so my FRONTEND_URL updates, I also tried to manually changed but same result.
  2. When I try to access katzen.tilegra.com it shows the "Alive!" message, however the private domain is still working as normal. (https://chatwoot-production-a6d6.up.railway.app/)

This error is driving me crazy, so I'd appreciate your help! Thanks

Hey! Just a simple misconfiguration. You'll need to point your domain to the port 8080.

7433 is a side-process that runs next to Chatwoot. It's not the interface.
