I was working in Claude Code and it did something that cleaned out my entire database. I have users and now everything is gone!! Is there anyway to get it back?

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about your data loss. Unfortunately, without a backup, that data cannot be recovered. We're unable to restore data when the loss results from user actions rather than platform failures.
Going forward, I'd recommend implementing regular backups to prevent similar situations.
